Vikara Wellness is a Holistic Wellness Retreat Community that specializes in nervous system regulation (TRE/Shaking Medicine), ancient yoga philosophy & embodiment practices, and transformational group/private coaching. We are a holistic health initiative, where we work together in supporting you to thrive through sober & healthy living.
We are a movement developing unique sacred wellness retreats & recovery immersions throughout Mexico, as well as, in-person & on-line classes & events in ancient yogic embodiment principles and intuitive guidance to bridge your connection to your superconscious mind. (Intuition)
The practices at VIKARA WELLNESS retreats are an eclectic combination of:
Spiritual ceremony (open & close) to energetically cleans & set intentions from the heart, opening space for grounding & intentional healing
Supportive yoga classes (hatha, kundalini, restorative, yin, nidra) All levels & nurturing
Breath-work (pranayama) in ancient practices to release stress from the body
Different types of guided visualization practices to develop concentration, relaxing the body & mind, bringing you towards meditation
Sound healing to slow down brainwaves, improving your mood & lowering stress. Emotional blockage clearing
Sacred mantras in positive affirmations, decreasing negative thought patterns. Regulates the nervous system & practices in concentration.
Bandhas to lock & create a profound connection to your pranic energy, removing blockages of energy, guiding into an healthy energy flow.
Mudras to harmonize your cognitive function, harmonizing the heart & mind, and can enhance focus & concentration
Therapeutic tremoring for nervous system regulation (TRE & Shaking Medicine for tension, stress, anxiety, ptsd, and the effects of trauma) to bring the body towards safety, processing stored experiences that are living within the body (whether it be trauma or other negative impact), so you can respond to the stressors of life in a healthy way.
These embodiment practices, are then combined with a deep interpersonal connection through:

Energy cleansing to detach and/or heal experiences that could be energetically attached to your mind, body, emotions, & soul
On-going online support meetings that will build yourself into our wellness community, maintaining your healthy lifestyle that was developed at the retreat. We practice a different holistic modality bi-weekly. (Gentle yoga, TRE & Shaking Medicine in therapeutic tremoring, visualization meditations, breathwork, mantras, nutrition, sharing circles)
